When students have concerns and wish to file a complaint, a few options exist across the Manchester University website.  This location collects them.
 

Report It!

A process used to directly or anonymously report a number of violations including harassment, discrimination, violence and more.

 
 

Appeals within the University

Students may seek appeal for items described in The Undergraduate Catalog, Graduate Bulletin and Pharmacy Bulletin. Policies and procedures are explained within the documents. If the process is unclear, connecting with the University's support staff is encouraged.

Complaint with Indiana Commission for Higher Education

The Commission for Higher Education is responsible for responding to formal complaints against public, independent non-profit and proprietary institutions of higher education in Indiana.
 

Complaint with Higher Learning Commission

The complaint process is designed to identify substantive problems with an institution’s ability to meet the Criteria for Accreditation or other HLC requirements. HLC’s policy on complaints provides a full description of the type of complaints that HLC will review.
